• Shipping Areas: We currently ship to the locations listed at checkout. If your area is not available, you may not be able to place an order.

• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS (where available).

• Delays: Occasionally, customs checks, holidays, or courier issues may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time. NUAE is not responsible for such delays, but we will support you in tracking and resolving issues.
